4th post

This week we got new seats again i always forget that we get  new ones every week. I sat right in front of Jordan and she decided to try and braid my hair it was alright at first. Then she could not figure out how to get them out so she sat there till the bell rang trying to get them out. it was a little funny though but she got it out in the end. it reminded me of a time my mom tried to braid my hair and they were huge. this week went by quick i thought it would go by slow sense i had to work all the time. i am glad we only had two quizzes in English this week. i got a new game a few days ago i have not really got to play it as much as i wanted to so i am trying get all my homework done so i have the whole weekend to play it. i usually do not  do my homework on Friday i am a last minute person. i have to do science, Spanish, some more English, and history. most of it is just studying but its still homework to me. i have like 4test and quizzes to take next week and i know i am going to have more. we got or progress report today and i am doing good for now by the time report cards come out i will have a few C's. right now i have A's and B's that is  not going to last. i am trying to do two things at once right now and it is not working out. i am really doing three things trying to type this blog, watch TV and do a quiz on moodle. i pass it but i am still trying it so i can get a 100 and help my grade a little. but i have to wait a half an hour before i can retake it again. it is suppose to help us get ready for or test on Wednesday that i need to study for when i get done with this. i got a lot to get done before tomorrow i have to get it another reason because OSU plays tomorrow and i am going to my nanny's she my grandmother but i call her nanny. i get to see my sister tomorrow too. that is it fo my blog this week my 4th blog is done time to worry about the 5th

3rd post

This week we stated reading a book called  to kill a mockingbird by Harper Lee. A book that one the Pulitzer prize. So far we have read 4 chapters of the book. I did not really understand the beginning of the book chapter 1. I am still a little confused on who some of the people are. Some of the words did not really make any sense to me either. I guess it is better than writing a research paper. The only thing is when we do start it i am going to wish we did it earlier. it is also better than Romeo and Juliet we had to read last year in ninth grade. Almost every word in that book did not make any sense to me. It did help when we watched the movie at the end of it. It cleared somethings up i was confused about in the book. When we had to draw a character in class on Thursday or Wednesday i do not really remember what day it was we did it. i usually get my dates mixed up a lot. specially on long weekends then i am really messed up. The day we did have to draw and color i hate d it i am not the best color or drawer. i am no where near good at either one of them. An i am in a art class i do not really want to but i need a art credit so i went a head and choose to do that. My sister is in that class with me so i can ask her for help on stuff i cant draw or anything really. Some of the art classes you have to be in a certain grade to take. which i think is stupid because if you have room for it now you should be able to take it what if you do not have room for next year or the years after that. I think they should offer a all graffiti class for any grade to take. Same for gym they need some more gym classes you can choose from for second year. they put me in the wrong class to begin with i ask to be put into sports and they put me into life time fit. I guess i do not really care as long as i get my credit for it and i do not have to take it again.Besides the already messed up on my schedule they did not put me in the computer class i really wanted to be in. Now i am taking a foods class either that or accounting. That is  my second weeks blog wounder what i will write about next week.

first post

 That poem that we read on Tuesday "The Road Not Taken" by Robert Frost sounded familiar. Some of the lines sounded like i heard them but  not all of them like the fist one and the last 3. I had to read the second one "Song of the Open Road" by Walt Whitman a few times before i understood the whole thing. The third one 'Travel" by Edna St. Vincent Millay i didn't really understand till like the end the last stanza. Then after reading that it made a lot more sense. The last stanza kind of put the whole poem together.

  On Wednesday  when we had to read the poems on courage i thought those were better than the other poems we had to read. The poem i thought was the best out of all of the was "If" by Rudyard Kipling. I don't really like poems at all but when i have to read them or put up with them. I like poems that Rhyme more and sometimes use  onomatopoeia's. Sometimes poems are hard to understand i have to read it a few times and still don't know what is really talking about. I often get frustrated with them because i don't really get them all the time.

  Today on Thursday September 9 2010 we went over are essay paper. I  thought we would have to write are persuasive essay on a poems. like witch poem would you recommend to someone. Are out of all the poems witch one is the best. That is what i  thought are essay had to be on. The whole time Mr.potter was explaining the assignment i was hoping he would just tell us what we were writing about.   
 On Saturday September 10, 2010 we stared are essay.  I Decided to mine on why the PSP Play Station Potable is better than the Nintendo DS. I want to do it sports or games and i did a speech on this last yea and i  remember some of the stuff i put in there so i decided to go with this.
